Dr. Soloman Victor , one of the famous heart surgeons established this project. Apart for helping those who could afford the cost of heart surgery, with a foundation that he has established he has been helping the poor also benefit from his institution and expertise by conducting operations at no cost to the poor or at highly subsidized rates.

Dr.Lakshmi Dheenam (OH) and many members of the TNF, Inc have liberally donated to support the cause of Dr. Solomon Victor's mission. During her recent trip to Madras, Dr. Lakshmi had the privilege of handing over a cheque for Rs. 59, 500. Dr. Solomon Victor was full of praise for her efforts and thanked TNF, Inc for encouraging and enthusing the members to liberally donate to such matters.
