TNF regrets to inform you that one of its board members  Dr. Jayavel Sounderpandian of Wisconsin  passed away on April 9th. This is a great loss for TNF and the entire Tamil community.

TNF board unanimously passed the following resolution at its meeting on April 9th and postponed the regular board meeting scheduled for that day.

"The Board of Directors of TamilNadu Foundation convey their heartfelt condolences to the family of Dr. Sounderpandian on his sudden demise. The Board gratefully acknowledges the numerous contributions Dr. Sounderpandian has made to TNF and the entire American-Tamil community."
